Our consciousness creates our own inner subjective reality, which feeds into the society's outer collective objective reality. One influences the other and both are in constant flux, minute to minute. In sum, this is our conventional reality derived from our senses. In quantum reality, however, there is no separate subjective and objective reality. All is one and part of the Ultimate Reality. The only time is NOW.
